The Competitive Market Analysis includes a list of homes near to your territory that have comparable square footage, land size, features and amenities. It is important to know that the buyer’s agent will provide to the buyer a similar report, and according to that report we will receive offers for your listed house. That’s why it is important to not overvalue, or undervalue the property, but to price your house appropriately. The market is continually changing and we will need to make adjustments to stay on top of the competitive market.
